The firearm will be used only under emergency circumstances, such as an un-aggravated assault or robbery
When will you use the Fire arm?
When I need to protect myself or anyone with close relations to myself, or if the government has issued me the legal right to hunt game.
Why should we give you a Fire arm? ((3 Paragraphs Minimum Follow it dumbass)):
Due to the atrocious economic circumstances of Sunnyside, crime runs rampant and many criminals are in possession of illegal firearms which are commonly used against the innocent general public. I believe that in owning a firearm, I will render those who are innocent and those who are undeserving of the fate of death a chance at life, protecting them against the common and terrifying ordeal of an attempted murder. Many people who live in Sunnyside are forced to live here due to economic issues with their own lives and the lives of those who are close to them. Offering the innocent protection is a fundamental human right of theirs and unfortunately, the police are not always there to do that job for them, so having law abiding citizens would benefit the town itself.
Also, I deal with a life philosophy of natural life. I prefer to hunt my own food in the wilderness as those animals have lived natural lives under good circumstances compared to those which are killed in factories, ridden with antibiotics and chemicals that can damage the human body as well as the animals. I consider myself to be a supporter of animal-freedom and is it not a human-freedom to eat natural food? I believe that owning a firearm is an effective method of hunting, as the animals feel little pain for little time and the meat that is consumed by myself and my family is natural and without chemical anarchy. Issuing me a gun allows for the safe hunting of pest animals such as boar and deer that have been damaging the eco-system of the enclosed and secluded forests near Sunnyside, as well as the rest of the country.
Finally, issuing myself a firearm will be issuing the community of Sunnyside a chance at recognizing how to deal with and use firearms in specific situations, allowing them to be aware of the dangers that can be associated with firearms. Due to the close-knit community of Sunnyside, issuing firearms allows the entirety of the town to understand what the firearms are outside of movies and allow for less accidental deaths with firearms. Education is a major part of any society and allowing people to understand dangers associated with certain dangerous objects under the supervision of someone who has earned the legal rights to use these objects is a necessity.
